Day 75

It was a pretty mellow Father's Day around here. We watched the U.S. men's soccer team beat Egypt (and knock the snooty Italians out of the FIFA Confederations Cup semifinals, thanks to some help from Brazil). Soren & I ventured out in the early afternoon to pick the lad up some new pjs. It's been too warm at night for his flannel footie pajamas, but he gets cold feet and belly when he wears his 2-piece pajamas, and all his lightweight footie 'jams are now too small. So! Off we went to the mall, where we found him some nice new sleepers, and there were even a couple of super cute soccer outfits on sale, so we got those as well. A successful outing!

Here he is at nearly 10:00 last night, dressed in his freshly washed new pjs, stubbornly refusing to go to sleep. Little punk.

Looks like the East Coast humidity is taking hold....nasty stuff...makes for many restless times. Hang in there....xoxoxox
